Regular Shipping

Regular Shipping takes approximately 10-15 business days for delivery. Once your Furever Friend has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to trace the logistics status.

We are dedicated to delivering your Furever Friend promptly, however, please note that delays may occur due to uncontrollable factors such as shipping accident, custom clearance and other unforeseen circumstances.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited Shipping is also available at an additional cost. This option usually allows your Furever Friend to be delivered within 7 days. However, we cannot guarantee the precise delivery date, as unforeseen circumstances may impact the shipping process.

Lost Shipment

In the unfortunate circumstance where a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review case by case for possible solutions.
