About Us

Hello, we’re Oliver and Litto. Our story began with a Border Collie we met by chance. Her name is Budiu (Chinese: 不丢, meaning “don’t get lost”).

During the years we spent far away from home, it was Budiu who gave us companionship and the courage to keep striving in an unfamiliar city. To us, she was never just a pet, but the third member of our family. So, for her third birthday, we wanted to create a special gift for her, and it was through this process that we were first introduced to the wool felt pet artworks.

The very first time we saw Budiu’s felt portrait, we were instantly moved by this handmade art that could carry so much warmth and emotion. Later, after sharing our experience within the pet community, we realised that many pet owners shared similar feelings. Some missed pets who were far away, some wanted to honour companions who had passed away, and others simply hoped to preserve their beloved pets in a one-of-a-kind piece of art. At the same time, however, many people struggled to find truly reliable artists who could faithfully capture their pets’ unique expressions and personalities. That was exactly why we decided to create our own brand — bringing together artisans who share a deep love for animals and handcrafted art, in order to create meaningful keepsakes for families with pets. 

In June 2025, we officially founded Best Friend Furever, a brand dedicated to high-quality handmade wool felt pet artworks. Every piece is crafted using premium wool and meticulous needle-felting techniques. From building the base structure and carefully layering the wool, to hand-painting the eyes and refining every detail, we do our utmost to capture each pet’s unique appearance and characteristics. We truly believe that pets are never “just pets” — they are family, companions, and irreplaceable parts of our lives.

In May 2026, after nearly a year of operating offline, we officially launched our online store in hopes of meeting the expectations of customers around the world. We hope these heartfelt creations can not only preserve the most precious likeness of beloved pets, but also serve as a lasting extension of the bond between people and their companions — leaving every pet lover with memories and companionship to cherish for a lifetime.
