How to Make A Furever Friend?
1. Photo Review
After your order is confirmed, we will ask you to provide photos and stories of your pet, and discuss with our team to determine the most suitable reference image for your pet portrait. Please note that clear and well-lit photos work best, and additional photos may be required if necessary.
2. Eye Crafting
The eyes are the soul of a pet portrait. Each pair is carefully hand-painted to capture your pet’s unique character and personality.
3. Base Creation
Using premium wool and precise needle felting techniques, we build the foundation of your pet’s portrait first to ensure accurate proportions and a lifelike appearance.
4. Mouth Customisation
For dogs and some other animals, the mouth is the focal point of your pet's features. We will carefully sculpt specific parts such as the lips, tongue, and teeth with clay to ensure that every detail is flawless and realistic, capturing their unique expressions in the best way.
5. Fur Planting
We blend different wool fibers with precision to replicate the exact shades and nuances of your pet’s fur. Each fiber will then be planted gradually—one layer at a time—for building up a natural-looking texture and a truly lifelike Furever Friend.
6. Optional Upgrade
Paws Fur A Break!
Do you want to make your furever friend look more 3D and realistic? Select the upgrade option! Our artisan team will add paws to each furever friend based on the avatar, and the wires inside the paws allow you to adjust positions of your furever friend as you like, recreating the most familiar communication scenes between you and your beloved pet.
7. Final Optimisation
After your furever friend is completed, we will first refine the overall details, then contact you and provide a preview. Once you have reviewed it, we will make the final minor adjustments based on your feedback to ensure what you have is the best furever friend artwork!

How long does it take to create a furever friend?
After your order is confirmed, we will coordinate with our artisan team to schedule, and the duration is approximately 2-6 weeks.
As each portrait is entirely handcrafted, the process takes time to ensure quality. Once we begin working on your order, it typically takes 4-6 weeks to complete.
Though we may use various courier services for shipping, please note that currently we cannot accommodate specific carrier requests. However, you can expect to receive your furever friend within 10-15 days after shipping.
Hence, from placing the order to receiving your furever friend, the turnaround time is 2 to 4 months.
How to make sure I am satisfied with my furever friend?
We are committed to creating the highest-quality needle felted portraits and will share photos and videos throughout the process so you can provide feedback and request adjustments. Every piece is handcrafted based on the reference photos provided, and we strive to capture your pet’s unique appearance and characteristics as accurately as possible.
However, due to the handmade nature of needle felting, the texture of wool, display color differences across devices, and the complexity of certain fur patterns, a 100% exact replica cannot be guaranteed. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to contact us with any concerns so we can do our best to address them.
Can I cancel my order or ask for refund?
Your satisfaction is our priority. However, as each Furever Friend is a one-of-a-kind creation, lovingly handcrafted just for you, please kindly note that we only accept order cancellation before we start to work on your project, and we do not accept refund based solely on dissatisfaction with the likeness. Can I add my pet's real fur into the artwork?
Upon request, we can incorporate your pet’s real fur, whiskers or teeth into the portrait. After confirming your order, we will offer you a mailing address for sending them.
