Refund policy

To secure your place on our waiting list, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total price is required at the time of booking. This is to ensure that we can dedicate time and resources to your customised Furever Friend.

If you decide to cancel your order before we start to work on your project, we will refund any payments made, excluding the 20% non-refundable deposit.

Once we have started working on your order, cancellations are no longer available, as significant time and materials have already been invested in creating your Furever Friend.

Refund/Return

Your satisfaction is our priority. However, as each Furever Friend is a one-of-a-kind creation, lovingly handcrafted just for you, please kindly note that we do not accept refund/return. 

We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cherishment of the artistry behind your Furever Friend. If you have any concerns about your Furever Friend, please contact us via service@bffurever.com within 7 days from the date of receipt. We will be glad to help resolve any issues.
